  Meat South West have linked up with Taste of the West to hold workshops on caracse utilisation, product developement and the supply chain at their Trade Show on 21st and 22nd April at Westpoint, Exeter

  Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd April At 11am in the Seminar room At the Taste of the West Trade Show, Westpoint, Exeter     The workshop is designed to give ideas and guidance to help understand the carcase and the supply chain better and develop new innovative methods of utilising the whole carcase, including the cheaper cuts
