Venue: North Wyke Research, Okehampton, Devon EX20 2SB
This important event, aimed at farmers and rural businesses, will cover a range of topics including an overview of the anaerobic digestion process, optimum substrate composition, treatment and uses of digestate, feed-in tariffs and grid connection, EU & UK policy, plus an update on current research.
Speakers will include: Dr Phil Hobbs, North Wyke Research; David Rodda, Cornwall Agri-Food Council; Dr Allan Butler, University of Exeter.
Following the presentations there will be a demonstration of an AD pilot plant at North Wyke Research.
This event, which includes lunch and refreshments, is FREE to farmers and rural businesses with a holding number. For everyone else there will be a fee.
