10/03/2010'Winning Ways' - How To Succeed at Food Events, Festivals & Farmers MarketsWorkshop (FREE).
Food & Drink Devon, in partnership with Devon County Council are inviting Devon’s food and drink business owners and managers to a series FREE workshops across the county on how to succeed at Food Festivals, Events & Farmers Markets.
The practical, one-day, ‘hands on’, free workshops which include lunch, will help businesses to identify the critical success factors to address before, during and after any event or festival, adopt the most effective ways to engage consumers and maximise sales, ensure that the business delivers excellent customer service and how to create a plan for improving performance and maximising success.
Special guests with expertise in event management and health and safety issues will also be on hand to talk with during the seminar. The workshops will be held between 9.30am - 3.30pm at the following locations. Booking is essential.
